1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mjl999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the mjl999 website and any associated mobile or browser-based interface.

Access to mjl999 and use of its services is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the mjl999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the full legal framework governing your use of the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the mjl999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the service:

mjl999 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any point during a player's use of the platform — not only at withdrawal. Acceptable documentation includes a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification outcome.

Where mjl999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method used; any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. mjl999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify mjl999 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: mjl999 operates a KYC verification process in accordance with standard industry practice. Players may be required to submit the following documentation before withdrawals are processed:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo ID.

• Verified accounts receive bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 15–30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Withdrawals requested outside BST business hours are queued for processing at the next available processing window.
• mjl999 reserves the right to carry out additional security and identity checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, unusually large withdrawal amounts, or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.

mjl999 does not charge withdrawal fees as a standard practice. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside mjl999's control and are the player's responsibility.

General Bonus Terms:

These specific terms are communicated at the point of each offer and take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is any conflict.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the mjl999 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification; using a stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment method; attempting to charge back legitimate deposits; or submitting fraudulent documentation of any kind.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion options include temporary cooling-off periods of defined duration (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months) and permanent self-exclusion. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, mjl999 will notify the account holder of the suspension and, where the investigation outcome is favourable to the player, will reinstate the account and release any frozen funds promptly. Where the investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part in accordance with the applicable provisions of these Terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

mjl999 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate service delivery, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mjl999 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.

Nothing in these Terms limits mjl999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by mjl999's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments: mjl999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will take effect from the date published on this page. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions.
